Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms apply to Hilo, an email client for macOS made by Keyn Domingos. By using Hilo you agree to them.

Using Hilo

Hilo is provided for personal use. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the messages you send through it. You must also follow Google's terms for the accounts you use.

Your content

Your email belongs to you. Hilo only accesses it to show, send and organize it on your Mac, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

Hilo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be free of errors or always available. Keep your own backups of anything important; your mail also remains in your Gmail account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Keyn Domingos is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Hilo.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
